1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and zy777 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to, and use of, the zy777 website at zy777.vip, the zy777 mobile app and all associated services is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on zy777, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — though we note that account sharing is not permitted (see Section 2).

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You may hold only one account on zy777. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same person — via shared name, payment method, device, IP address or residential address — all accounts may be suspended pending review. Balances on duplicate accounts may be voided.

zy777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at our discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zy777 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any other person.

All activity that takes place through your account — bets placed, games played, deposits made, withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you were the person who initiated the activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact zy777 support immediately through your account dashboard.

zy777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials, failed to maintain reasonable security, or delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

4 Deposits

Deposits on zy777 are processed in PKR via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using payment methods that belong to third parties is not permitted. zy777 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method is yours before processing a withdrawal.

zy777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. Deposits that are subject to chargebacks, reversals or fraud claims may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment methods. The available withdrawal channels on zy777 are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. Withdrawals are paid in PKR and zy777 does not apply withdrawal fees on any method.

Before your first withdrawal, your identity will be verified via a one-time KYC process — typically requiring a copy of your CNIC. This is a standard procedure and once complete, does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.

Processing times depend on the chosen method. JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest (under one hour for qualifying withdrawals). Bank transfers and cards take longer. Full processing time details are available on the Withdrawal page.

If you have accepted a bonus, any wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be completed before the relevant balance can be withdrawn. Your account cashier shows the withdrawable versus bonus-restricted portions of your balance at all times.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

zy777 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional incentives from time to time. Each bonus or promotion carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum odds conditions for sports bonuses. These terms are displayed clearly when each offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all zy777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for individual use only and may not be claimed more than once per person, household or IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• zy777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account where abuse is suspected — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

zy777 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test series), football, tennis, esports and a range of other sports. By placing a bet, you accept the specific rules governing that sport and market as shown on the platform at the time of bet placement.

Key sports betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the user.
• In-play bets are subject to live odds that may differ from pre-match odds. Placing an in-play bet constitutes acceptance of the current live price.
• If a match or event is postponed, abandoned or voided before completion, bets may be settled as void at zy777's discretion according to standard rules for that sport.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market and event. Attempting to place a bet above the applicable limit will result in partial acceptance or rejection.
• zy777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match manipulation, technical error in odds pricing, or where the outcome was knowable at the time of bet placement.

8 Casino, Slots and Bingo

All casino games, slot titles and bingo rooms on zy777 use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. Live casino games are delivered via third-party streaming providers whose own technical standards apply to the game engine and dealing procedures.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are determined by the game providers and are not modified by zy777. Players may request general RTP information for specific titles through zy777 support.

In the event of a technical failure during a game — including a disconnection mid-spin or a live casino stream interruption — zy777 will attempt to settle the game based on the last recorded valid state. Where this is not possible, the round may be voided and stakes returned. zy777 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported and will not be paid out.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any illegal means.
• Attempting to abuse bonus or promotional offers through coordinated or systematic multi-account activity.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

zy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe these Terms have been violated, where fraud is suspected, or where continued access poses a risk to other users or to platform integrity.

Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be voided. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to dispute may be returned to the originating payment method after investigation.

You may close your own zy777 account at any time by contacting us through your account dashboard. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed through your verified payment method following standard procedures.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, zy777 is not liable for: indirect, consequential or incidental losses; losses arising from your reliance on information on the platform; or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control including technical failures, third-party payment provider issues or force majeure events.

zy777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security events or technical upgrades may result in temporary downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance periods where possible.

13 Changes to These Terms
